We generally operate on a fixed-fee basis for most immigration matters. Our fees depend on the type of application and the specific circumstances of each case. For further information regarding our fees, please refer below.
If you are not settled in the UK and you are making an application from outside the UK, the fees for such out-of-country applications are not subject to VAT. All other applications are subject to VAT.
Please note that the fees quoted below do not include Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, Premium or Additional Service fees, Court fees, or any other disbursements. These fees are based on the assumption that the matter will proceed as a standard application and will not become prolonged or complex. We reserve the right to review and amend the fees should the matter become prolonged or involve additional complexities.
